Here's a short audio talk (30 minutes) from a presentation we did for a group of wedding photographers and videographers in Glasgow, about how to differentiate your service and your brand in the wedding industry, and how your marketing should affect your decision making across all aspects of the business. 

Whilst it's often referring specifically to photography and to the wedding market, it's hopefully content that applies to sole traders and small businesses across many different sectors.
